The 5-Phase 5D is a model to create systems and is based upon proven methodology. This process has been designed to permit entry at any phase in your service or product lifecycle. First, collect all available information, do some brainstorming. Second, work on creating the interaction methodology. Next, put all the ideas into paper sketches and go through a usability evaluation. Following, the concept is developed. At the final stage, the product is tested, and finally is shipped.
